Totally recommend for a transient visit
Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a solid breakfast that featured an omelet station and fresh fruit selections, along with easy access to the downtown area that's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel.
Unpleasant odor in the hallway upon arrival.

The dining scene around this spot was a flavor blast! We found Cuvee Bistro just a hop away, serving up some scrumptious dishes that would make any foodie swoon. Plus, the buffet breakfast was decent enough to fuel our culinary explorations. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the suite, adding a pinch of comfort to our stay.
Now, about that room—had a leaky toilet and HVAC that seemed to have attitude issues, stubbornly staying at 74 degrees. Yet, even with these quirks, the location had its charm and the fun vibes of New Orleans kept us smiling.

Exceptional staff, minor hiccups
The staff went above and beyond, making me feel at home. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a made-to-order omelette station. it was delicious! Unique decor added character.
The Wi-Fi was spotty in our room, making it hard to stay connected. A couple of amenities were lacking, such as additional toiletries upon request. A slight inconvenience but manageable.

The hotel really made my stay in New Orleans fun, especially with the amazing breakfast and the lively evening cocktails, just what I needed after a day of exploring! I loved lounging by the outdoor pool under the sun, and I even managed to relax on the comfy sun loungers. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my getaway! 😄

great central spot near museums and famous beignets
my stay was enhanced by enjoying delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order and being just a short stroll away from the national WWII museum and cafe du monde for the best beignets in the city. It was only a few steps to the children's museum which was perfect for family visits. however, the customer service could improve as the staff seemed overwhelmed at times.

Great stay with awesome hospitality
Super chill spot to stay! The staff was genuinely friendly, and the breakfast had all the good stuff. Had a minor mishap with our TV cord but they sorted it out fast. The only bummer was that the rooms could use a little updating. Otherwise, it’s in a prime location for exploring the area!

Had a great time with my friends here! We visited the nearby museum and aquarium, which were both super fun. The breakfast was solid, and the evening reception was a nice touch. Keep in mind, check-in can be hectic at peak times, so packing some patience is a good idea!
One drawback was the initial chaos at check-in, as it took longer than expected due to long lines. We had some room mix-ups, which was frustrating.

I enjoyed my stay in a suite with a nice balcony and a cook-to-order breakfast that was quite good. However, the elevators were slow, and housekeeping only performed service a couple of times during my visit. It’s a good spot for families seeking space and a solid breakfast.

Families should find a different place to stay
The breakfast was pretty standard but I got a good omelette that was actually decent for hotel food. Also the staff handling the breakfast area were friendly and made sure everything was stocked up properly, which is more than I can say for other parts of the hotel.
This place wasn't exactly cheap but it was still barely passable.
